These terms are between you and PadelCue Technologies Inc., 4711 Yonge Street, 10th Floor, Toronto, ON M2N 6K8, Canada (support@padelcue.com, 416 857 2949). By joining the PadelCue Ambassador program you agree to them.
1. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not live in Quebec, and you must not live in a country or region where we cannot legally pay you.
- One ambassador account per person or business.
- We can decline or close an ambassador account at our discretion.
2. Your code and your link
- You get one personal code and one link. Anyone who opens your link or uses your code gets 10% off their PadelCue Academy plan for as long as they stay subscribed.
- Your code only counts for players who have never paid for the PadelCue Academy before.
- You cannot use your own code or link for your own plan.
3. What you earn
- You earn a share of the net revenue from each player who first subscribes with your code or link, for as long as that player stays subscribed and the program runs.
- Net revenue means what the player actually pays, minus sales tax, payment fees, currency conversion costs, refunds and chargebacks.
- Standard rates: 20% of net revenue for your first 999 active paying players, 30% for your next 4,000 (players 1,000 to 4,999), and 40% from your 5,000th active paying player. Each rate applies only to the players in its band.
- We may give you a different rate in writing, for example as a founding ambassador. Your current rate always shows in your ambassador dashboard.
- Trials, free access and players who never pay earn nothing.
4. Hold, payouts and refunds
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from. After that it becomes payable.
- We pay payable commissions once a month, to the PayPal or Wise account you give us, in Canadian dollars unless we agree otherwise. Fees your payment provider charges you are yours.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission from it is removed. If it was already paid to you, we take it off your future commissions.
- We may ask for tax or identity information before we pay you, and we may hold payouts until you provide it.
5. How you must promote PadelCue
- Always say clearly that you earn a commission, every time you share your code or link, in words people will see before they act. For example: "Ad. I earn a commission if you subscribe with my code."
- Only say things about PadelCue that are true and that you can back up. Never promise results, never claim that lessons are free, and never make claims PadelCue itself does not make.
- No spam. Only send messages to people who agreed to hear from you, and follow anti spam laws such as CASL in Canada and CAN SPAM in the US.
- No fake accounts, no buying sign ups, no paying people to subscribe beyond the 10% PadelCue gives, and no posting your code on coupon or deal sites.
- Do not run paid ads that use the PadelCue name or bid on PadelCue search terms unless we agree in writing.
- Follow the rules of every platform you post on.
- If you break these rules, we can remove commissions earned through the breach and close your ambassador account.
6. Privacy
- Your dashboard shows counts and earnings, never the names or emails of the players you referred.
- We handle your personal information as our Privacy Policy describes, including what we need to pay you.
7. Your relationship with PadelCue
- You are an independent ambassador, not an employee, partner or agent of PadelCue. You cannot make promises on our behalf.
- You are responsible for your own taxes.
- You may use the PadelCue name and the materials we give you only to promote PadelCue under these terms. We may ask you to change or remove any post.
8. Changes and ending
- We may change these terms or the rates by giving you at least 30 days notice by email or in your dashboard. Commissions already earned keep the rate they were earned at.
- You can leave the program at any time in your dashboard or by emailing support@padelcue.com. We can end it for you, or end the program, at any time.
- When your ambassador account ends, we pay commissions that were already payable or become payable after their hold, unless the account was closed because you broke these terms.
9. Limits
- We provide the program as it is. To the extent the law allows, PadelCue is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions we owe you.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
