1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to PadelCue player purchases: the Academy, Smart Camera and Smart Camera + Academy plans, one match purchases and Personal Coach Review. It explains in plain words the rules in sections 10 and 11 of our Terms and Conditions, and it does not change them. If this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms apply. Your rights under the law where you live always apply.

Before you pay, your offer shows the product, the features included, the price, currency, taxes, billing period, any minimum term and the renewal and cancellation rules.

The club camera plan follows each club’s signed club order, not this page.

2. Billing periods

Prices are fixed regional prices in CAD, USD, GBP and EUR, not exchange rate conversions. Taxes and your final total are shown before you pay. See current prices on the Camera and Academy pages.

3. Automatic renewal and trials

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You agree to this when you buy, and the offer shows the renewal terms first.

If we change a price or make a material change to your plan, we give you the notice the law requires and ask for your agreement where it is required.

When we offer a trial, the offer shows how long it lasts, what you pay after it and how to cancel. Before a trial becomes a paid plan, we give any notice and ask for any agreement the law requires.

Joining a waitlist or opening a free lesson never starts a payment.

4. How to cancel

Cancel through the same channel you used to buy. To stop the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

Deleting the app does not cancel billing. If the cancellation route is unavailable or unclear, email support@padelcue.com.

5. After you cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Unless your offer or the law says otherwise, you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, the plan’s paid features stop and you are not charged for it again.

Cancelling does not delete your account. To delete it, follow the steps on our Support page. When you ask us to close your account, we explain how any plan that is still running is handled, so closing an account never hides a future charge.

We do not offer a general refund for a change of mind after a service is supplied.

This rule never limits your legal rights. Depending on where you live, these can include a cooling off or withdrawal period, consumer guarantees, a remedy for a payment you did not authorize and your rights when a service is not as described or not delivered. The Regional Terms and Privacy Rights explain the protections in each region.

If you live in British Columbia and cancel a yearly plan after it renews, we refund the unused part within 15 days (Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, s. 25.1). For App Store or Google Play purchases, we help you ask Apple or Google, and if they do not refund it within that time, we refund it to you directly.

If a match you paid for is not recorded, including because a player did not agree to recording, we add a match credit to your account. If the service failed in another way, email support@padelcue.com with your order and match details, and we may offer reprocessing or a refund that fits the problem. Where the law requires a cash refund, credit does not replace it.

Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through the App Store and Google Play. See section 7.

7. App Store and Google Play purchases

If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google bill you and manage your subscription. Cancel or change it in your Apple or Google account.

Apple or Google decide refund requests for those purchases under their own rules, so ask them first. You can request a refund from Apple or read Google Play’s refund policies. If they send you to us, email support@padelcue.com and we will help.

Your legal rights still apply to these purchases.

8. Direct purchases

If you bought directly from PadelCue, we bill you, and this policy and our Terms apply.

Card charges appear on your statement as PADELCUE.

Email support@padelcue.com to cancel, to ask for a refund or with any billing question. Include the email address on your account and your order or receipt number.

We give you order confirmation and cancellation information in a form you can keep.

9. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment you authorized and contact you to fix it.

We never add an undisclosed fee, and we never charge a payment method you did not authorize for that purchase.

If a charge stays unpaid and is not in dispute, we may pause your access after giving you notice. You can still dispute the charge.

For App Store and Google Play purchases, Apple or Google handle failed payments under their own rules.

10. Billing errors

Tell us about a billing error as soon as you can, so we can look into it. Contacting us does not shorten any legal deadline, and it does not take away your rights with your bank, your card issuer or the app store.

11. Billing contact

Email support@padelcue.com. Include the email address on your account, how you paid and your order or receipt number. We aim to reply within two business days, Monday to Friday, Toronto time.
