Purchases made directly with PadelCue

Email support@padelcue.com for billing questions, cancellations and refund requests. Include the email address on your account and your order or receipt number. We handle your request under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, our Terms and Conditions and the law where you live.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains renewals, cancellation and refunds.

Delete your account.

How to ask

Email support@padelcue.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

If you cannot use that address, write from another one and tell us the email on your account. We confirm the account is yours before we delete anything. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for them.

Before you delete

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account first. If you pay PadelCue directly, we explain how any plan that is still running is handled before we close your account.

What we delete

We delete or anonymize the personal information we hold for your account, including:

  • your account and sign in details, profile and preferences
  • your Academy progress and activity
  • match recordings, clips and reports linked only to you
  • support messages we no longer need

In a match you shared with other players, we remove your access and your link to that match. The other players’ rights in that match also count, so we tell you what we can remove, redact or restrict.

Any optional permission you gave, such as letting us use your footage for product development, is withdrawn. Processing that relies only on that permission stops from then on.

What we may keep

Some records must or may be kept for legal, accounting or security reasons:

  • invoices and payment, tax, referral and claim records, for the record keeping and claim periods the law sets
  • records of your consent choices and any withdrawal, for the period our Privacy Policy states
  • the minimum details needed to keep you off our marketing lists
  • information needed for an open dispute, claim, fraud or security investigation, until it is resolved
  • security logs and backups, which are removed on their normal security and recovery cycle
  • information we have lawfully anonymized, so it no longer identifies you

Copies that other people have downloaded or republished may be outside our control.

How long it takes

We confirm that we have your request and check that the account is yours. We then act within the deadline that the privacy law where you live sets, and we tell you if an extension or an exception applies. We confirm by email when the deletion is complete.

Section 10 of our Privacy Policy has the full retention rules.

Privacy requests.

Email support@padelcue.com to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it or delete it, or to withdraw an optional permission. You do not need an account or a plan to ask.

Tell us what your request is about and how to reach you. We check identity only as far as we need to, and we protect other people’s information.

For an ordinary Canadian access request, the legal deadline is generally 30 days, and other regions have different periods. We do not charge a fee for ordinary requests.

To object to a recording or to a wrong player association, email support@padelcue.com with the club and the approximate match time.

You can also complain to a privacy authority, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Our Privacy Policy and Regional Terms and Privacy Rights explain your rights.

Questions and answers.

Getting started

What is PadelCue?

PadelCue is a padel training system for players, coaches and clubs. It has three parts. The Academy is online video lessons you can use anywhere. Smart Camera is match recording and real time analysis at participating clubs. Personal Coach Review is a coach's feedback on your recorded match.

Learn the shot, play your match, then take one clear correction into your next session.

Is PadelCue an app or a camera?

Both. Players use PadelCue through its app, where the Academy works anywhere. At clubs with PadelCue, a camera on each court records and analyzes your match in real time, and you replay it in the same app.

Is the camera different from the Academy?

Yes. The Academy is lessons on your phone, and it needs no camera. Smart Camera is match recording and real time analysis at a participating club with a PadelCue camera, so you can replay your match and share clips.

Choose either one, or get both in the Smart Camera + Academy plan.

Who is PadelCue for?

Padel players of every level who want a clear next thing to practise, coaches who want match footage for their lessons, and clubs that want to offer match recording on their courts.

Do I need a camera to use the Academy?

No. The Academy works anywhere on your phone. Match recording needs a participating club with a PadelCue camera on your court.

Is PadelCue good for beginners?

Yes. Start with grip, contact and court position, then build your game one skill at a time. The Academy's Beginner path builds your foundations.

Do I need a coach to use PadelCue?

No. Follow the Academy lessons on your own, or use them between lessons with your coach.

Does PadelCue replace my coach?

No. The Academy gives you online coaching to practise on your own or between lessons with your coach. A personal coach is optional, and a coach can use your match footage to focus your lessons.

Where is PadelCue available?

The Academy works online wherever you play, with prices in CAD, USD, GBP and EUR. Match recording is available at participating clubs with a PadelCue camera on the court. PadelCue is not offered in Quebec.

Tell us where you play to bring PadelCue to your club.

Who is behind PadelCue?

PadelCue is built by PadelCue Technologies Inc., a Canadian company based in Toronto. It was founded by Mo Niaki, a former professional tennis player. In a span of 20 years, he coached ATP players and developed some of the world’s top juniors. Read his note on the System page.

Where can I get help with PadelCue?

Email support@padelcue.com for account, payment, recording or privacy questions. For a recording problem, include the club, court and approximate match time. New club and ambassador enquiries go to emma@padelcue.com.

The Academy

What is included in the PadelCue Academy?

Over 300 lessons from world class coaches and players on technique, tactics, the mental game and physical preparation. Technical lessons include groundstrokes, serve and return, net play, glass defence and overheads.

Can you learn padel online?

Yes, alongside time on court. Online lessons show the technique, court position and tactics, and practice on court turns them into habits.

Which Academy level should I start with?

Start where you are. Beginner builds your foundations, Intermediate turns mistakes into progress and Advanced sharpens your competitive edge.

Not sure? Tell us your level and goal and we will help you choose.

How does a PadelCue Academy lesson work?

Watch a coach explain one correction, then take it to court on your own, with a partner or with your coach. Repeat it until it holds up in your matches.

Can I practise padel on my own?

Yes. Each Academy lesson gives you one correction to practise on your own, with a partner or with your coach. All you need is your phone and a place to practise.

Are Academy lessons added?

Yes. We keep recording lessons and add them to the Academy as they are ready.

Are the Academy lessons in English?

Yes. Academy lessons are in English.

Can I use the Academy without recording my matches?

Yes. The Academy plan is lessons only. Add match recording later with Smart Camera + Academy when your club has a PadelCue camera.

Match recording

How do I record my padel match with PadelCue?

Play at a participating club with a PadelCue camera on your court. The camera sits outside the back fence, films the whole court and analyzes your match in real time while you play as usual.

Afterwards, replay the match and share the moments that matter from your account.

How quickly can I watch my match?

Shortly after your match ends. Match analysis runs in real time as you play, and recordings are designed to be ready shortly afterwards.

Does everyone in my match get the video?

Every player who joins the match and agrees to recording gets it. The player who books the court pays one match price for that court, then sends the other three players an invite to join the match and split the cost. A booker with Smart Camera or Smart Camera + Academy uses the plan instead.

Players who join through the invite and agree to recording get the shared match report and their own clips, where available. Recording is designed to start once every player on court has agreed.

Where can I record my padel match?

At participating clubs with a PadelCue camera on your court.

Tell us where you play, or ask your club about PadelCue.

How do I get PadelCue at my club?

Suggest your club, or send your club manager to For clubs to book a demo.

Is match recording unlimited?

Yes. The Smart Camera plan and the Smart Camera + Academy plan include unlimited recording and real time match analysis at participating clubs. Court bookings are separate and paid to your club.

What do I get after a recorded match?

Your match replay and clips you can save and share. Highlights and statistics depend on the club setup, and included features are confirmed before you buy.

Can match statistics be wrong, and how do I report a mistake?

Match analysis can be incomplete or wrong, especially when the footage or player association is unclear. Use the video to review a result and email support@padelcue.com about a material error or a match linked to the wrong player. These results support training and are not official line rulings.

Can I record one match without a plan?

Yes. One match is paid per court, not per player, with no monthly plan. See the one match price. The player who books the court pays and can invite the other three players to join the match and split the cost.

Players who join through the invite and agree to recording get the shared match report and their own clips, where available.

How is PadelCue different from filming my match on my phone?

There is nothing to set up. At a participating club, a fixed PadelCue camera films the whole court from outside the back fence and analyzes your match in real time. No phone hangs on the fence, and you replay the match afterwards from your account.

You can still film on your phone anywhere. PadelCue recording works at participating clubs.

Can I share my match videos?

Yes. Choose a rally, save the clip and send it to your coach, partner or friends.

Check who is identifiable before you share, because the other players' permissions matter too.

How long are my match recordings kept?

Up to 12 months after the match, including the raw video, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete a recording sooner. The notice shown before your first recorded match confirms this.

We keep your match reports and stats for as long as your account exists. Viewing recordings and reports needs an active plan or the match purchase. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A match bought separately keeps its own access rules.

What if my match did not record?

Email support@padelcue.com with the club, court and time of your match. If a match you paid for is not recorded, including because a player did not agree to recording, we add a match credit to your account. If the service failed in another way, we may offer reprocessing or a refund that fits the problem. Where the law requires a cash refund, credit does not replace it.

What is Padel DNA?

Padel DNA is the pattern in your shots, choices and movement that shows what to practise next.

Does the PadelCue camera make line calls?

No. PadelCue is for match recording, review and training. It is not a line calling or officiating system.

Can I live stream my padel match?

Where your club supports it. Clubs can stream matches, leagues and tournaments once connectivity, consent and viewing access are confirmed for that club.

Where is the camera installed on the court?

Outside the back fence, with the lens above it for a full court view. The club's signed order sets out mounting, power and connectivity.

Can I send a phone video for a Personal Coach Review?

No. Only matches recorded on a PadelCue camera qualify for a Personal Coach Review.

Can a coach review my recorded padel match?

Yes. Personal Coach Review sends a PadelCue recorded match to a PadelCue coach for personal feedback on your game.

It is paid separately, and the price and coach availability are confirmed before you book.

What are the Smart Correction Engine and You VS a pro?

The Smart Correction Engine is designed to connect the shot that broke down with the Academy lesson for the correction. You VS a pro is coming soon. It is designed to compare your shot with a professional, frame by frame.

Plans and prices

How much does PadelCue cost?

See the Pricing page for Academy, Smart Camera, Smart Camera + Academy and one match prices in your currency.

Smart Camera includes unlimited recording and real time match analysis at participating clubs. One match is paid per court. The player who books the court pays and can invite the other three players to split the cost.

Which PadelCue plan should I choose?

Choose Academy for lessons anywhere. Choose Smart Camera for unlimited match recording and real time analysis at participating clubs. Choose Smart Camera + Academy for both, at less than two separate plans.

Pay for one match if you want to try a recording without a plan.

Is there a bundle for the camera and the Academy?

Yes. Smart Camera + Academy gives you both for less than two separate plans. See the combined plan price and saving.

Is yearly billing cheaper than monthly?

Yes. Yearly billing costs less than paying monthly for the same period. See the yearly prices and savings in your currency.

Do I still pay my club for the court?

Yes. Court bookings are separate and paid to your club. PadelCue plans cover match recording, the Academy or both.

Which currency will I pay in?

PadelCue sets fixed regional prices in CAD, USD, GBP and EUR, so you see a set price rather than a converted one. Your billing currency, taxes and final total are confirmed before you pay.

Do PadelCue prices include tax?

Taxes depend on where you live. The applicable taxes and your final total are shown before you pay.

Is there a free trial?

When we offer a trial, its length, the price after it and how to cancel are shown before you start. Coaches can also share an Academy lesson with their players to try.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. For example, move from Academy to Smart Camera + Academy when your club has a PadelCue camera. The new price and when it starts are confirmed before the change.

How do I cancel my PadelCue plan?

Cancel your renewal through the billing channel you used to buy. If you subscribed through an app store, use its subscription settings.

Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Email support@padelcue.com if the route is unclear.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer a general refund for a change of mind after a service is supplied. If a service does not work as it should, we may offer reprocessing, a replacement, credit or a refund appropriate to the problem.

Apple or Google decide refund requests for App Store and Google Play purchases under their own rules. Your consumer rights where you live still apply. See our Terms and Conditions.

The app

Is there a PadelCue app?

PadelCue is an app for iPhone and Android. Choose a plan on the Academy page or the Pricing page and we will email you how to get started.

How do I sign up for PadelCue?

Choose a plan on the Academy page or the Pricing page. The plan button opens a short form, and our team helps you get started.

Which devices does PadelCue work on?

iPhone and Android phones.

For clubs

How can clubs earn money with PadelCue?

Clubs can earn referral commission through the ambassador program on eligible purchases from players they refer, under their agreed terms. Referral income is not guaranteed.

It gives your players real time match analysis and replays, and your coaches real match footage to teach from, on courts with a PadelCue camera.

Replays give players and coaches a clear focus for the next session. Our camera technology partner reports 20 to 30% more bookings a year at other clubs, from new players and existing players coming back more often. Not a guarantee. Results vary by club.

Highlights players choose to share can introduce your courts to more people. Club publicity needs separate permission.

How much does a PadelCue court camera cost a club?

Clubs pay one fixed fee per camera, one camera per court, billed monthly before taxes. Free camera with a contract. Month to month, your club buys each camera.

See the club pricing for monthly fees, camera prices and savings for your courts.

How is a club plan different from a player plan?

The club plan pays for the cameras on your courts. Players choose their own plans to record and review their matches, or pay for one match at a time.

Court bookings stay with your club.

Can a club start with one court?

Pricing is per camera, and the club calculator starts at one court. Your signed order sets the number of cameras for your club.

What should our club prepare before the camera is fitted?

Prepare the network cable, agreed mounting position and safe access first, with building permissions where needed. One camera per court, mounted outside the back fence with the lens above it.

PadelCue installs the cameras for clubs in the Toronto area. Every other club installs the cameras itself, usually in about 30 minutes per camera once the network cable is in place. Remote setup, calibration and activation are arranged separately.

Before installation we confirm site conditions, mounting, power, connectivity, calibration and responsibilities, and your signed club order specifies the final hardware. Follow the Setup guide for preparation.

What cabling and power should we prepare for each camera?

Plan for a CAT6 cable to each camera, working internet and compatible Power over Ethernet equipment to power it through that cable. Your site check confirms network settings and whether your connection can serve all your courts. Optional live streaming has separate connection requirements.

How long is the standard club agreement?

The offer with a camera supplied at no purchase charge has a 12 month contract, billed monthly. Your club can also choose month to month service and buy each camera, with the same monthly service fee. Your signed order confirms the terms.

It also sets out what happens to the camera at the end of the term or if the contract ends early.

Who owns the camera supplied to our club?

PadelCue owns the camera supplied at no purchase charge with a 12 month contract. With month to month service, your club buys the camera. Your signed order confirms ownership and what happens when the agreement ends.

Do clubs pay the contract upfront?

No. The contract is billed monthly at the same monthly fee, not as one annual payment. Free camera with a contract. Read the contract terms. See the club fees and camera savings.

Can a club choose month to month?

Yes. The monthly fee per camera is the same on both contracts. Month to month, your club buys each camera. Free camera with a contract. Read the contract terms. See the club fees and camera prices.

Can we live stream league nights and tournaments?

Live streaming is optional. It is not included by default in every installation. We confirm availability, destinations, connection requirements and player consent before installation.

What should we do if a court camera goes offline or looks damaged?

Email support@padelcue.com with the court name and a photo if possible when a camera goes offline, looks damaged or has a loose mount. Ask PadelCue before moving, resetting or adjusting it. For other questions, see how to get help with PadelCue.

Does the club calculator predict what we will earn?

The calculator gives an example based on your inputs and the stated assumptions, not a forecast or a guaranteed return. It combines estimated extra booking revenue and referral commission, subtracts the monthly camera fee and shows any camera purchase separately. Your commission follows your ambassador agreement, and the estimate does not account for all your club's operating costs.

Does PadelCue replace our club coaches?

No. Your coaches use match footage to explain decisions, choose what to practise and review progress.

How does a club get started with PadelCue?

Book a club demo. We walk you through the recording experience, the installation requirements and the price for your courts. PadelCue installs the cameras for clubs in the Toronto area, and every other club installs them itself, usually in about 30 minutes per camera once the network cable is in place.

For coaches

I am a coach. How can I use PadelCue with my players?

Use match footage to focus your lessons, and share Academy lessons with players between sessions.

Players who join can watch a lesson you shared, then choose a plan to continue with the Academy.

Can I use my players' match recordings in lessons?

Yes, when your player shares the match or clips with you. Access follows the player's permissions and the match notice.

Can I review matches for PadelCue players as a coach?

Yes. Approved coaches can offer Personal Coach Review of PadelCue recorded matches. Reviews earn no referral commission. See the Ambassador terms for the coach payment terms.

Net revenue is the price paid less sales tax, the Apple, Google or card processing fee on that sale and any refund or chargeback. Coaches are paid monthly by bank transfer, after that month's figures reconcile with Stripe, Apple and Google, with a 30 day hold for refunds. Apply on Work with us to be considered.

Does PadelCue tell coaches what to coach?

No. PadelCue provides match footage and lessons, and the coach chooses what to teach.

Work with us

Can I work with PadelCue and earn if I do not have many followers?

Yes. PadelCue ambassadors do not need a large audience or professional playing experience. Tell us how you help your students, local players or online community.

Earnings are not guaranteed.

Does PadelCue have an ambassador program?

Yes. Players, coaches, club owners with their own links and content creators can apply on Work with us. We confirm your role, rate, eligibility and payment terms before you begin.

How much can I earn as a PadelCue ambassador?

Commission is paid on net revenue, at a rate of up to 40% that is confirmed in your ambassador agreement. Rates vary by ambassador. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Net revenue is the price paid less sales tax, the Apple, Google or card processing fee on that sale and any refund or chargeback.

Eligible subscriptions and individual match purchases from customers who join through your link and keep paying can earn recurring commission. Your ambassador agreement confirms eligibility, adjustments and payment terms before you begin. See the Ambassador terms.

Which purchases count toward my commission?

Eligible subscriptions and individual match purchases made through your link. Your commission is a share of their net revenue. Personal Coach Review fees are excluded.

Is the PadelCue ambassador commission recurring?

Yes. Commission continues while the customers you referred keep paying, under your ambassador agreement.

How and when are ambassadors paid?

Monthly, by bank transfer, after that month's figures reconcile with Stripe, Apple and Google, with a 30 day hold for refunds. Any thresholds are stated in your approved ambassador terms before any promotion begins.

Do I have to tell people I am a PadelCue ambassador?

Yes. Say clearly that you are a PadelCue ambassador and may earn when people buy through your link. Advertising rules in Canada, the US, the UK and the EU require this disclosure.

Privacy and consent

Who can see my match recordings?

Only the people authorized for that match. A coach you choose for a Personal Coach Review gets the access that review needs.

Sharing a clip is your choice, and using footage for publicity needs separate permission.

Do the other players need to agree before a match is recorded?

Yes. Every affected player's required permission must be obtained. Paying for the court or organizing the match does not give anyone authority to decide for the other adults.

The notice shown before your first recorded match explains what is recorded and who receives it. See Recording and Development Permissions.

What if I do not want to be recorded?

You can say no. A refusal means the affected recording does not go ahead unless a supported lawful alternative is available. Tell the other players and the club before your match.

What does the court camera capture?

The notice shown before your first recorded match explains what the court camera captures, who can see it and how long it is kept.

In which countries is my match video stored or processed?

Our copies of match video are stored in the United States, and our camera provider processes match video in the European Union. Temporary delivery copies may be held near viewers in other countries. Email support@padelcue.com for written information about providers outside Canada.

Is my match footage used to develop PadelCue's technology?

We use identifiable recordings for software development only with your separate permission. Saying no never affects recording, your plan or your Academy access.

Can I delete my PadelCue data or videos?

Yes. You can request deletion or withdraw an optional permission through the service controls or by emailing support@padelcue.com.

Depending on where you live, you may also request access or correction, as the Privacy Policy and Regional Terms and Privacy Rights describe.

Can players under 18 use PadelCue?

No. Accounts are for adults 18 and older, and we do not knowingly record a match while anyone under 18 is on court.
