1. Who operates PadelCue

PadelCue is operated by PadelCue Technologies Inc., a Canadian federal corporation, corporation number 18007641, with its registered office at 4711 Yonge Street, 10th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M2N 6K8, Canada. References to PadelCue, we, us and our mean this company unless a particular order identifies another contracting entity.

Player and customer questions, accounts, billing, refunds, recording and privacy requests: support@padelcue.com. Business enquiries, clubs, ambassadors, partnerships and press: Emma, Mr. Niaki’s assistant, at emma@padelcue.com. Important formal matters, including legal notices and matters requiring our Privacy Officer: Mr. Niaki at mo@padelcue.com. You may also write to the registered office, addressed to the Privacy Officer for formal privacy matters.

2. Documents that apply

The Terms and Conditions govern use of our website and services. The Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, and the Cookie Policy explains browser storage. The Regional Terms and Privacy Rights supplement these documents where applicable. The Recording and Development Permissions explain the different permissions associated with footage.

We use your approximate country, from your IP address, only to show prices in your currency. We do not store it.

Your accepted purchase terms identify the service you buy. A separately signed business agreement governs its specific subject. Mandatory law takes priority. An individual commercial arrangement does not waive anyone's privacy or consumer rights. Viewing the website alone does not give consent to optional recording, training, marketing or tracking.

3. Availability and website information

Availability varies by location, participating club, supported equipment, plan and feature. An enquiry, waitlist entry, example, demonstration or ambassador application does not reserve equipment, create a paid order or guarantee a launch date, installation, earnings or future feature. Before purchase, the actual offer identifies the included service, price, currency, billing and cancellation terms.

We may correct an error in general website information. We handle an error in an accepted order with the customer and under applicable law. This notice does not permit us to increase an accepted charge silently or erase a binding representation.

4. Our intellectual property

PadelCue and its licensors reserve the rights they hold in the brand, software, designs, Academy materials, analysis systems, databases and other supplied content. Website access does not authorize commercial reproduction, redistribution, scraping or use of our marks to imply endorsement. The Terms explain the limited service licence and lawful exceptions.

Rights in recordings, software, model outputs and personal information are different. Ownership of a camera or an account does not give ownership of every recorded person's likeness or privacy rights. Specific permissions govern footage reuse and development.

5. Content and rights notices

For a privacy, recording or other customer concern about content, write to support@padelcue.com. Send formal intellectual property notices and other important legal notices to Mr. Niaki at mo@padelcue.com. Include the content location, the right involved, a short explanation, your authority to act and a contact route. Please provide truthful, sufficiently specific information and identify any urgent concern.

We may temporarily restrict access, preserve relevant evidence and request proportionate information while investigating. A complaint does not establish infringement by itself. Where appropriate, we will give the affected user an explanation and a way to respond. Applicable statutory notice and appeal procedures take priority. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive recordings by ordinary email.

6. External services and languages

An external link takes you to a separate service. That provider's terms apply to its own service. A supplier engaged to deliver PadelCue does not remove our own contractual or legal responsibilities.

English language content does not establish that the service is available in every English speaking country or replace local language requirements. We provide additional information and local rights where required for an offered service. Where a mandatory local version must control, that requirement takes priority over English wording.

7. Versions

The date above identifies this edition. The version presented and accepted at account creation, purchase or a specific permission request governs that transaction, subject to lawful updates. An update does not retrospectively expand an earlier privacy permission, change a signed agreement or remove an accrued right.

8. Pricing details

These notes accompany the prices on the Pricing page: first the player plan terms, then the club camera and installation terms.

Player plans: before you join

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. The renewal price and cancellation route are shown at checkout. Yearly plans are paid once a year. We send the yearly renewal notice by email 30 to 60 days before the plan expires. Monthly plans may be cancelled on no more than one month's notice.

Cancel your renewal through the billing channel you used to buy. If you subscribed through an app store, use its subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Contact our team if the route is unclear.

Accounts and direct purchases are for adults aged 18 or older. To buy a plan, you must also have reached the age of majority where you live, which is 19 in some provinces. PadelCue is not offered in Quebec. We do not knowingly record a match while anyone under 18 is on court.

Recordings, including raw video, are kept for up to 12 months after the match and then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion. The notice before your first recorded match confirms this. Match reports and stats are kept while your account exists. Viewing recordings and reports requires an active plan or the match purchase. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A match bought separately keeps its own access rules.

One match is priced per court, not per player. It is not a recurring subscription. Court bookings are separate. Unlimited recording means no per match charge for your own matches at participating clubs. Required player permission must be obtained before recording.

Taxes depend on where you live. Your billing currency, applicable taxes and final total are confirmed before you pay. Read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and regional consumer notice.

Recording and coach review

Personal coach review is a separate paid service for PadelCue recorded matches only. Reviews depend on coach availability and acceptance.

Recording, shot replay, export, streaming and analysis availability depend on the agreed club setup. Features, connectivity and access terms are confirmed before you commit.

Club cameras and installation

With a 12 month contract, billed monthly, the camera is free, a saving of CAD 1,200, USD 870, GBP 650 or EUR 750 per camera. PadelCue owns it. Month to month, your club buys each camera for CAD 1,200, USD 870, GBP 650 or EUR 750. Your signed club order confirms the term, camera ownership and what happens if the contract ends early.

PadelCue installs the cameras for clubs in the Toronto area. Every other club installs the cameras itself, usually in about 30 minutes per camera once the network cable is in place. Before installation we confirm site conditions, mounting, power, connectivity, calibration and responsibilities, and your signed club order specifies the final hardware.

The club plan pays for the cameras on your courts. Players choose their own plans to record and review their matches, or pay for one match at a time. Court bookings stay with your club.

Your signed club order covers court signs, player consent in the app, access and deletion. The Privacy Policy and your signed agreement govern the live service.

9. Company information

PadelCue is a padel training system for players, coaches and clubs. It is built by PadelCue Technologies Inc., a Canadian company based in Toronto.

These notes accompany the Find us page: who we are, what we do, who we serve, where we operate, our founder and the company details.

Who we are

PadelCue exists to make every hour on court count. You’re better than you think. Our ambition is to help players in English speaking countries compete with the padel powerhouses.

What we do

The Academy

Online padel video lessons for technique, tactics, the mental game and physical preparation, with Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced paths. Lessons are in English, and you need no camera to use them.

Choosing a plan opens a short form, and our team helps you get started. Explore the Academy.

Match recording at participating clubs

A PadelCue camera outside the back fence films the whole court. After your match, you replay it and save and share clips. Highlights and statistics depend on the club setup.

One match is priced per court. The player who books the court pays, or uses a Smart Camera plan, and invites the other three players to join the match and split the cost. Players who join through the invite and agree to recording get the shared match report and their own clips, where available. Smart Camera and Smart Camera + Academy include unlimited recording. With Personal Coach Review, paid separately, a PadelCue coach gives you personal feedback on a recorded match.

Recording is available where your club has PadelCue. See how recording works.

For clubs

Clubs can put one PadelCue camera on each court and offer match recording to their players. Their coaches can use the footage to explain decisions, choose what to practise and review progress. Each club’s signed club order sets its terms. PadelCue for clubs.

Who we serve

Where we operate

We are based in Toronto, Canada. Our services are not currently offered in Quebec. The Academy is online and in English, with fixed prices in CAD, USD, GBP and EUR. Match recording is available at participating clubs.

What you can use depends on where you live, your club and your plan. Our Terms and Conditions and Regional Terms and Privacy Rights explain the rules that apply to you.

Our founder

PadelCue was founded by Mo Niaki, a former professional tennis player. In a span of 20 years, he coached ATP players and developed some of the world’s top juniors. He built PadelCue to help English speaking players one day take on the best from the Spanish speaking world.

10. Ambassador program details

These notes accompany the ambassador program on the Work with us page: the commission rates, what counts, how ambassadors are paid and what is confirmed before anyone begins.

Commission rates

Commission is paid on net revenue, at a rate of up to 40% that is confirmed in your ambassador agreement. Rates vary by ambassador. Earnings are not guaranteed.

Professionally ranked players can qualify for an elevated commission rate. Tell us your ranking when you apply.

What counts and how you are paid

Eligible subscriptions and individual match purchases both count. When a referred customer renews or buys another eligible match, you can earn again under your approved ambassador terms.

The reviewing coach receives 50% of each Personal Coach Review's net revenue and PadelCue keeps 50%. Reviews earn no referral commission.

Before you begin

Your rate, eligibility and payment terms are confirmed before you begin.

Say clearly that you are a PadelCue ambassador and may earn when people buy through your link. Advertising rules in Canada, the US, the UK and the EU require this disclosure.

The Terms and Conditions, section 12, Referrals and ambassador participation apply, and the signed ambassador agreement governs commissions.

11. Club program details

These notes accompany the For clubs page: the basis of the bookings figure, the one club plan and its fine print, and what we confirm before installation.

Images on the For clubs page include composites of our court camera and fence sign, and a library photo.

The bookings figure

The figure of over 1 million points analysed, across every level of play, was confirmed in writing by our camera technology partner, October 2026.

The figure of 20 to 30% more bookings a year was confirmed in writing by our camera technology partner, October 2026.

The For clubs page refers to 20 to 30% more bookings a year, from new players and existing players coming back more often. The figure describes growth in bookings, not member retention. Figures reported by our camera technology partner from other clubs. Not a guarantee. Results vary by club. PadelCue does not guarantee revenue, bookings, retention or player improvement.

One plan, one monthly fee

Every club pays one fixed fee per camera each month, one camera per court. With a 12 month contract, billed monthly, the camera is free, and PadelCue owns it. Month to month, your club buys the camera. Your signed club order confirms the final terms.

Delivery, installation, returns and warranty follow the signed club order. Final scope, taxes and agreement terms apply.

Installation, delivery, returns and what happens if the contract ends early follow your signed club order.

Before installation

We confirm your camera features and player access before you commit. PadelCue installs the cameras for clubs in the Toronto area. Every other club installs the cameras itself, usually in about 30 minutes per camera once the network cable is in place.

The club cameras and installation notes under Pricing details, the Privacy Policy and your signed club order set out the rest.

12. Accessibility statement

PadelCue aims to make this website usable for everyone. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our target.

What we do: We support keyboard navigation, provide text alternatives for images, use captions or no audio on videos, reduce motion for visitors who request it, and aim for readable contrast.

Known limits: Some videos are decorative, and some partner content may not yet meet every guideline.

For help or to report a barrier, email support@padelcue.com. We aim to respond within two business days and can provide information in another format on request.
